What our contact form collects
When you submit the enquiry form, the information you enter (your name, company, email address, office selection, subject and message) is sent by email to the relevant Bicontinental office and is not stored in this website’s database. Your IP address is hashed and used only to apply a short-term rate limit against automated abuse; it is not stored in plaintext and is not linked to your submission.
How we use it
To run and improve the site, respond to your messages, send you material you’ve asked for, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us operate the site — such as our hosting and email providers — and only as needed to do their job. We do not use analytics or advertising services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the purposes above, then we delete it.
